Clear The Way And Have Inner Peace
Wouldn’t it be amazing to have total inner peace, no matter what is happening around you? Isn’t inner peace what you would love to feel and experience as you go through the maze of life: the ups and downs, the stresses and anxieties?

If you suffer from the lack of total inner peace, know that you can attain it relatively easily: by replacing old habits with new ones.
Rather than spending many years yearning for inner peace, you can work on attaining such a feeling and experience within a short while.
So, what is inner peace?
Inner peace allows you to live your life with a pure and untainted sense of happiness and fulfilment; where outside events do not influence or agitate you. Now that you have a clearer sense of what inner peace is, how do you acquire such a pleasant state of being?
The answer may surprise you: you do so by living your life on your own terms, and not the way others want you to live. Be free in deciding how you want to live your life and live it.
If you get an urge to suddenly hum a song while on a train, do so. If you feel like ordering two main courses at a restaurant, go ahead. If you fancy taking an adventurous cruise to the Antarctic, book it.
So long as what gives you that burst of inner peace does not harm anyone, do not worry or think about what others may think of you; go ahead and be fulfilled. Live it. Enjoy it. Why would you live your life based on other people’s opinions or values? Surely that will only bring you feelings of discomfort, of irritation and perhaps some anxiety.
Live your life your way, based on your values.
Another side of inner peace I have discovered is that you need to free yourself from any past actions that you found disturbing in one way or another.
Free yourself by forgiving others for what they have done to you, and forgive yourself for what you may have done to others and yourself. Forgiving is not condoning the past action; it is a means for you to be free of the emotions attached to the action.
Feeling remorse or guilt will not change the past, and it will definitely not make you or the other people concerned feel any better. So why feel it, why be a prisoner?
Resolve the issue where possible, then forgive and be free.
In much the same way that you forgive, also let go of any anger and resentment you have towards others.
Why remain angry with someone when that person has long since forgotten the incident?
Let go of worry as well, for no good will come out of it. In fact, whenever you feel worried, angry, or unforgiving, reverse the feelings: put a smile on your face and put things in a more positive and peaceful perspective.
Try this ho’oponopono clearing statement: ‘I love you, please forgive me, I am sorry, thank you.’
You deserve to live your life feeling happy and peaceful.
Clear the way, have inner peace and live your life your way.
